Iveland Alpha 5 Works To Prepare OpenBenchmarking.org

Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 "Iveland" Alpha 5 has been released this morning. This is the last alpha release for Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 before it goes into beta in preparation for its February release target. This fifth alpha release focuses upon more of the OpenBenchmarking.org integration work for its debut alongside Phoronix Test Suite 3.0.

While most of the work in Iveland Alpha 5 is invisible to the end-user until OpenBenchmarking.org becomes publicly accessible, this development snapshot does provide a number of pts-core bug-fixes. Some of the graphing improvements made in this release are also visible from the Phoronix Test Suite Results Viewer after running the tests/suites. There's better color coding in the results table, hot-switching between SVG graphs and tables, support for cloning results from OpenBenchmarking.org, OpenBenchmarking.org MIME support, improved error reporting, and much more.

Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 Alpha 5 can be downloaded at Phoronix Test Suite on GitHub. The first Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 beta release will come in January.
