QEMU 0.13 Final Is Ready With New Features

The new features to be found in QEMU 0.13 include a helper-based network setup, fully supported QMP, live migration protocol update, PCI compliance, CPU model support, and other features.
QEMU 0.13 was supposed to be developed on a six-month release cycle, which would have put the release back in July or August, but that clear didn't happen. As said by Anthony Liguori (on qemu-devel), the QEMU 0.13 release maintainer, as part of the development discussion for the next release (QEMU 0.14) they should talk about how to avoid such release setbacks in the future.
QEMU 0.13.0 can be fetched from the GNU Savanna Server.
