Red Hat Comes Around With RHEL 6.0 Beta 2
We subsequently delivered Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0 benchmarks of the initial beta (more are still on the way), but some of the highlights of RHEL6 are improved power management, KVM virtualization enhancements, GCC 4.4 integration, support for the Nouveau graphics driver stack, and performance enhancements.
The second beta of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0 was released this morning and according to the press release, it offers "an updated installer, additional new technologies and resolutions to many of the issues that were reported in the initial Beta."
Those interested in testing out Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0 Beta 2 can fetch it from the RHEL beta page.
