LINUX GAMING
Unigine Corp has done a phenomenal job with its multi-platform game engine in delivering a new level of OpenGL realism to Linux users -- albeit it can tax your hardware quite a bit. Last year's engine was amazing, but as we shared last week, they are working on a host of new features, including but not limited to multiplayer and physics support. They also have a few internal projects they have been working on.

Unigine Corp has posted a few screenshots from their forthcoming game. To say the least, it is very impressive! Be sure to look at the screenshots along with reading more information from their development entry.

We can confirm that this new Unigine project will be fully supported on Linux! There will also be a benchmarking mode / tech demo to it, similar to other Unigine projects. Upon its public release, this new Unigine project will be incorporated with the Phoronix Test Suite (hopefully with Phoronix Test Suite 2.0!).
