Ubuntu 8.04 Release Candidate Is Out

Ubuntu 8.04 LTS "Hardy Heron" is due out next week as the successor to Ubuntu 7.10 "Gutsy Gibbon" and the previous LTS release, Ubuntu 6.06 "Dapper Drake." In order to catch any last minute bugs, Canonical is today announcing the release of the Ubuntu 8.04 Release Candidate. This is the final version of Ubuntu 8.04 aside from any last-minute changes.
