Valve Porting Steam Games To Linux?

In a job posting at Valve Software for a Senior Software Engineer, one of the responsibilities is to "port Windows-based games to the Linux platform." Perhaps this means Valve Software is beginning to realize the Linux gaming market and they could be bringing Steam to Linux in order to deliver such games as Half Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source?
