Mesa 10.4.3 Brings A Bunch Of Fixes For The Direct3D "Nine" Support

Dominating the Mesa 10.4.3 release are changes to the D3D9 state tracker with there being 39 fixes by Axel Davy and another 5 changes by other developers. In fact, this is most of the 10.4.3 release.
Among the G3D D3D9 work taken care of were adding new texture format strings, correctly advertising some features, adding ATI1 and ATI2 support, implementing various texture features, fixes for allocating buffers, and a variety of other fixes. Aside from this state tracker work, there isn't much else making up the Mesa 10.4.3 release that's out in time for weekend Linux gamers.
The complete listing of Mesa 10.4.3 changes can be found via the Mesa-dev mailing list.
