The BioShock Infinite first person shooter game released last year for Windows and was trailed by an OS X port looks like it is being ported to Linux.

This Unreal Engine 3 game has yet to be officially confirmed for Linux, but Steam changes this morning show BioShock Infinite receiving Linux binaries and "Linux" being added to the OS list. It's not a stretch to see BioShock Infinite on Linux given that it runs on UE3, was already ported to OS X, the OS X porting was done by Aspyr Media who also does Linux game porting, and then today's Steam changes seem to indicate Linux support is being worked on.

Besides Windows and OS X, BioShock Infinite was also ported to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This game was developed by Irrational Games and published by 2K Games. Here's the trailer for the title:

Soon as we see any more SteamDB changes or hear any official word on the BioShock Infinite Linux port, we'll be sure to pass it along.
