Nokia Releases The N1, A Nice Looking Android 5.0 Tablet

What's left of Nokia after selling off their phone/device divison to Microsoft, the Finnish company has unveiled their first new piece of hardware: the N1 Android tablet.

The brand-licensed Nokia N1 tablet is sized at 7.9 inches with a 2048 x 1536 display, uses an Intel 64-bit Atom Z3580 SoC that's quad-core at 2.3GHz and bears PowerVR G6430 graphics, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. This tablet doesn't run Windows Phone but rather Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The tablet is comprised of aluminum and appears nicely built. With all of that said, the biggest shocker is this quad-core Android tablet will reportedly only cost $249 USD! The price is a steal and this really doesn't look like a bad piece of hardware, the only fault I have with it from the initial information is the use of Imagination PowerVR graphics.
