Linux 3.17-rc4 Is A Pretty Calm Release

The fourth release candidate to the Linux 3.17 kernel is now available as expected and is still living under the Shuffling Zombie Juror codename, the same name the Linux kernel has had since Linux 3.14 -- Linus appears just no longer interested in naming each kernel release.
With Linux 3.17-rc4 he notes that overall it's been a fairly calm week with nothing too major to note. He's hoping that going forward in the Linux 3.17 cycle that matters remain calm and his brief release announcement as usual can be found via the Indiana LKML, the new home state of Phoronix. For those not up to speed, Linux 3.17 brings many new features.
