More GLAMOR Changes Pushing For Performance Wins

Eric's latest GLAMOR patch series deals with reusable vertex buffer object (VBO) support within the code. Eric wrote at the start of the patch series, "The Render code using it still pretty scary, but it seems to work, and we're going to want to rewrite all the vertex setup anyway. After this, we can start getting into the real performance wins from the new glamor development."
This patch series consists of nine patches at present. It will be interesting to see what his next patch series brings now that they get more into GLAMOR performance for 2D over OpenGL. Earlier in the week was other work on GLAMOR -- including DRI3 and Xephyr support -- since its merger into the X.Org Server and taking a greater focus by key Intel Linux graphics driver developers.
