KTAP 0.4 Allows For New Kernel Tapping

New to KTAP 0.4 is kernel symbol read support, parsing symboles on UProbe, support static market, support a kprobe wildcard, support for running multiple KTAP instances concurrently, new command options for listing available events and symbols, better annotation for output of argument names, basic FFI support, new sample scripts, big clean-ups, and lots of bug fixes.
