Linux 3.13-rc5 Kernel Released

Linus Torvalds announced the official release of RC5 for the Linux 3.13 kernel this Sunday.

The official announcement of Linux 3.13-rc5 has yet to be issued, but the tag is there. This late in the release cycle, the changes come down to bug/regression fixes. Compared to the prior week when Linus Torvalds was upset with still having big changes, things appear to be more subtle this week but we'll wait for Torvalds' official release announcement.
