Linux 3.13 Kernel CPU Governor Benchmarks

After the performance change in the Linux 3.12 kernel pertaining to CPUfreq, Phoronix readers have been requesting more CPU governor benchmarks. I didn't have time to run a full onslaught of CPU governor tests this week and using multiple kernel versions since I'm leaving soon, but I ran some quick ones off 3.13 Git on Friday.
With a Core i7 4770K Haswell system using the P-State driver on the Linux 3.13 kernel, I tested the two governor modes offered: powersave (default) and performance. From there I ran various benchmarks under each governor setting.
Results from this quick and dirty Linux 3.13 testing can be found in the 1312136-SO-LINUX313C65 result file on OpenBenchmarking.org, but overall for this configuration there wasn't much in the way of performance changes.
