Genode 13.08 Has Qt5, Multi-Processor Support

Version 13.08 of the Genode OS Framework is now available to mark the fifth anniversary of this open-source operating system framework project.

Besides Genode 13.08 marking the half-decade anniversary of this project, Genode 13.08 is also critical for the new features it presents.

Genode 13.08 supports has a port of the Qt5 tool-kit, multi-processor support, and a lightweight event tracing firmware. Beyond these core features, Genode 13.08 also carries Serial ATA 3.0 device drivers plus separately there's Samsung Exynos 5 SoC power management support, improved x86 virtualization, updated kernels, and much more.
