Fedora 20 Goes For No Default Sendmail, Syslog

Fedora 20 has already had numerous features approved at various meetings and there were more happenings at yesterday's FESCo meeting:
- No sendmail will be installed by default on Fedora 20. Sendmail will still be available within the Fedora repository but won't be installed by default.
- Fedora spins have the option of now spinning without syslog. Fedora has already been moving in the direction of systemd's journal and now they can ship without syslog while still have various system logging packages within the repository for those who want it. More details in Fedora 20 Might No Longer Install Syslog.
- Ruby on Rails 4.0 will be available from Fedora 20.
- Bluez5 is the Linux Bluetooth stack now landing for Fedora 20. Up to this point BlueZ version 4 was used since yesterday version 5 has already landed in Rawhide.
Additional details on these approved changes can be found via the FESCo meeting minutes.
