Google Chrome 30 Lands As Stable

Version 30 of Google's Chrome web-browser is now deemed stable for Windows, OS X, and Linux platforms.

The highlights for Chrome 30 include easier searching by image, new apps/extension APIs, and a number of stability and performance improvements.

Google's "search by image" support lets users right click on an image to search Google of that image. Chrome for Android users also have a number of new gestures with the latest Chrome.

Chrome 30 also has more than 50 security fixes for which Google handed out thousands of dollars in rewards.
