Radeon Driver Now Supports X-Video GLAMOR

The GLAMOR X-Video support implements X-Video video acceleration via the GLAMOR library that provides 2D support via OpenGL rather than any dedicated 2D code-paths. A notable user of GLAMOR right now is the "RadeonSI" HD 7000/8000 series support that implements 2D exclusively via GLAMOR, it's optional on Intel hardware, and QEMU acceleration is expected to use it.
So that modern Radeon hardware can use X-Video acceleration support -- though the VDPAU state tracker is far superior when fully supported, especially with Radeon UVD video decode support -- in xf86-video-ati Git is now GLAMOR Xv support.
