PulseAudio 4.0 Brings Many Changes
Key changes to PulseAudio 4.0 include better handling of low-latency requests, optimization mixes (including ARM NEON optimizations), Bluetooth audio refactoring, improvements to the echno canceller infrastructure, Bash completion for command-line components, and lots of other enhancements.
For end-users, the optimization mixing, low-latency improvements, Bleutooth refactoring, JACK work, and echo canceller fixes seem to be the most notable changes.
