LLVM 3.3 Release Candidate 1 Now Available

Covered in yesterday's article is a list of the prominent LLVM/Clang 3.3 features. Among the highlights are the AMD R600 GPU back-end, other new LLVM back-ends, new CPU optimizations, C++11 production support, better C++14 early support, some performance improvements, 64-bit ARM architecture support, vectorizer improvements, and much more.
Right now for LLVM 3.3 RC1 only source packages have been made available but binary packages are in the process of being assembled. The final release of LLVM 3.3 is due out on 5 June.
