Fedora 18 "Spherical Cow" Beta Finally Released

After an embarrassing number of delays that put the entire release in question, the Fedora 18 Beta of the "Spherical Cow" was finally released today.

Fedora 18 will now not see the light of day officially until 2013, but after fixing up the Anaconda installer and other show-stopping bugs, the beta was released on Tuesday morning.

Fedora 18 has a number of great features to make up for the frequent delays.

Those interested in trying out the Fedora 18 Beta can fetch it from FedoraProject.org.
