Imagination's Meta Linux Kernel Port Is Ready For 3.9

After the set of 44 patches for the Meta Linux Kernel Port went through three revisions, it's been determined that the patch series is in good shape and all show-stoppers have been addressed. The Meta port is now ready for master.
Arnd Bergmann wrote on Friday, "I consider this ready for 3.9, and I'm also quite happy with Vineet's ARC port, although I think he is still integrating some feedback comments. I'd suggest that you both ask Stephen to add the trees to linux-next now."
This kernel supports Imagination's Meta ATP (Meta 1) and HTP (Meta 2) processor cores. The Imagination Meta cores are 32-bit, multi-threaded embedded processors with a DSP instruction set. The hardware was introduced last year as Imagination wants to go head-to-head with ARM in the general CPU space for embedded and mobile processors.
