Linux 3.7 Supports The Nintendo Wii Balance Board

Among the HID changes for the Linux 3.7 merge window include:
- The Linux kernel Wiimote driver now supports Nintendo's Balance Board as an input device. The Wii Balance Board is an accessory part of Nintndo's Wii Fit, which now can be used under Linux. "The Nintendo Balance-Board is a controller which behaves exactly like the Wii Remote but reports all its data through a special extension device. Hence, we can simply add the Balance-Board as extension device and we get full support for it." The Linux Wiimote support continues to be worked on by David Herrmann, the same developer doing lots of VT switching and Wayland work.
- A set of patches that reduce irsoff latency for all input devices plus reworked multi-touch handling. The reworked multi-touch handling now leads to a reduction in run-time memory consumption.
- Various fixes and clean-ups.
