PHORONIX
Thanks to those that came out to the annual Phoronix Oktoberfest Meet-Up.

Turn out of Phoronix readers at the wiesn was once again great (as well as for those from vendors with offices in the area who also get leaky with information after a few Maß ;)), but although unfortunate I was there only the first few days rather than the entire duration of the wiesn like usual.

For those who bought your's truly a Maß (or one of the dirndl-laden Phoronix friends), as usual, your Phoronix Premium subscription should now be active. If you bought me a Maß and your forum account doesn't yet have Phoronix Premium, contact me. If you weren't at Oktoberfest, please subscribe to Phoronix Premium to help support the Linux hardware benchmarking operations done at Phoronix.com.

See you all at the Phoronix Oktoberfest 2013 meet-up!

This year at the wiesn there was an increase in the number of people using iPads and other tablet computers for taking photographs and for whatever other purposes... From watching them, it was learned that the iPad isn't wiesn-proof from "Bierleichen" with ended up seeing two dropped/broken ones during my short stay this year at the Augustiner tent.

Now back to Linux benchmarking!
