Power Management Update In Linux 4.3 Adds New Support, But Mostly Unexciting

The ACPI/PM updates this time around aren't particularly exciting, but there is some new hardware support and other feature work. There are CPUfreq clean-ups, a new CPUfreq driver for the Mediatek MT8173 hardware, ACPICA fixes, ACPI processor driver updates preparing for CPPC support, Operating Performance Points (OPP) framework changes, Intel P-State adds Skylake-S support, the Intel_Idle driver adds Skylake client support, system sleep support updates, power-capping RAPL updates for Skylake-H/S and Broadwell-H, and an assortment of other work.
There's a fair amount in here for Skylake and Broadwell Intel hardware so it's just another thing I look forward to testing. The pull request in full can be viewed via the kernel mailing list.
