Linux 4.2 May Finish Fixing Up Radeon Audio Support

Alex Deucher sent in a pull request today for landing more Radeon and AMDGPU driver fixes for the current Linux 4.2 cycle. He commented, "The audio fix ended up being more invasive than I would have liked, but this should finally fix up the last of the regressions since DP audio support was added."
The audio-related work is reworking audio detection in the DRM driver as well as reworking the audio mode-set to handle non-audio HDMI features.
Between the big audio fixes and other bug fixes to Radeon and AMDGPU, there's around 200 lines of code shifted around for this pull request. I've already done some AMDGPU tests on Linux 4.2 while I'll have some more Radeon Linux 4.2 tests soon. There's also the daily benchmarks of the kernel and Mesa that we do too.
