Scheduler improvements are en route for the Linux 4.13 kernel.

Among the scheduler changes queued for Linux 4.13 is refactoring of the load-balancing/topology code, NUMA scheduler improvements, improved NOHZ behavior, deadline scheduler improvements, and various other code refactorings and improvements.
