Linux 4.10-rc8 Kernel Released, Final Pushed Out By One Week

While many were hoping that Linux 4.10 would be released today, instead it's been pushed back to next Sunday.

Last week Linus Torvalds was rather unsure if there would be an -rc8 but was somewhat leaning for it to be the last release candidate, thus Linux 4.10.0 would have been released today. But instead he's opted to issue 4.10-rc8 and push back the release by one more week to allow for kernel regression/bug fixing activity to calm down while he's also going to be traveling this coming week.
