Intel Rocket Lake Target Added To GCC 11

This morning the Rocket Lake support was merged so users/developers can enjoy the likes of -march=rocketlake beginning with GCC 11 and possibly back-ported to a future GCC 10.x point release.
Though this isn't entirely new, the Rocket Lake target is basically the existing "icelake-client" target but with Software Guard Extensions (SGX) removed.
See our Intel Core i5 11600K + Core i9 11900K Linux benchmarks for more information and performance metrics on Rocket Lake.
The GCC 11.1 stable compiler release is expected in the next few weeks.
