Intel Sends In First Graphics Driver Changes For Linux 4.10

Among the work staged in this pull request for DRM-Next include support for the GVT device model, compression support for GPU error states, HDMI 2.0 support for Skylake / Broxton, updated DDI programming for Kabylake, reset improvements, watermark fixes, DisplayPort fixes, and a range of other work. The early GVT device model support is needed for para-virtualization support for Intel GPUs with Xen and KVM.
There will still be more Intel i915 DRM pull requests expected for the Linux 4.10 merge window while this early pull can be found via the dri-devel list.
