Intel Has More DRM Graphics Driver Code Ready For Linux 4.12

Found in this latest pull request for the Intel Direct Rendering Manager (DRM) kernel driver include user pointer fixes, more atomic code work, some refactoring to the GuC and HuC firmware code, reset improvements, some vGPU improvements for GVT-g, and various other minor improvements and fixes.
The earlier Intel DRM Linux 4.12 pull request had GPU reset improvements, atomic mode-setting by default for Ironlake and newer, power management improvements, continued enablement on Geminilake hardware, context switching improvements, and other code refactoring.
