GTK+ 3.17.7 Adds Wayland Touchpad Gestures

Released this week was GTK+ 3.17.7 as the latest tool-kit update leading up to the GNOME 3.18 Beta. With the GTK+ 3.17.7 release does come a few interesting changes.

GTK+ 3.17.7 most notably adds support for touchpad gestures to its Wayland back-end and touchpad gesture events are now supported by the GDK. Other changes for GTK+ 3.17.7 include client-side decoration resizing for all corners/edges, high contrast theme improvements, and various bug fixes along with a handful of other minor refinements.

More details on GTK+ 3.17.7 via the GTK Git repository. Overall, GNOME 3.18 appears to be shaping up very nicely for its release next month.
