GNOME 3.23.3 Released

The last GNOME 3.24 development release of 2016 is now available for testing.

GNOME 3.23.3 core changes include the recent Epiphany changes, GJS has been re-based to SpiderMonkey 31 with new JavaScript features, various Flatpak packaging changes in the stack, GNOME Shell fixes fullscreen transitions on Wayland, various GTK3 bug fixes, Mutter's support for EGLStream/EGLDevice, Mutter's drawing tablet support on X11, and Tracker now sandboxes its extractor threads.

GNOME apps changes for the 3.23.3 milestone include many improvements to GNOME Builder, starting to rework GNOME Music, and other minor changes but pretty light on the apps side this time around.

More 3.23.3 details via the mailing list. GNOME 3.23.4 is the next development release due out on 18 January while GNOME 3.24.0 final will be out in March. Overall, things continue looking up for GNOME 3.24 and building off the very successful GNOME 3.22 release.
