GCC 6.2 Compiler Released
GCC 6.2 is now available as the first stable update to this year's GCC 6/6.1 compiler release.
GCC 6.1 shipped earlier this year as their first stable version of GCC 6 (per their unique versioning scheme...) while GCC 6.2 is out this morning as the first point release.
GCC 6.2 simply ships with various bug/regression updates to the GCC 6 stack. All new developments around the GNU Compiler Collection are centered around next year's GCC 7 release.
GCC 6.2 can be downloaded from GNU.org. GCC 6.2 is coming right ahead of the planned LLVM 3.9 release this week.
