GCC 5 Compiler Is Getting Close To Being Released

GCC 5 is down to just seven P1 bugs, which is the highest priority and block releases from happening. Meanwhile there's seventy P2 bugs and nine P3 bugs, or just under 100 bugs total of the top three priority levels and there's 106 P4/P5 bugs.
The developers are hoping to have the first GCC 5 release candidate ready in the first week of April and to then finish up the GCC 5 release later in April.
The latest details were shared via this mailing list update. GCC 5 is the most exciting GCC compiler update in a few years as it's coming with many new features.
