Sadly, To Not Much Surprise, Fedora 24 Alpha Has Been Delayed

Fedora 24 was delayed twice already without even seeing its first development release and now today they decided to delay it again. At today's F24 Alpha Go/No-Go meeting, they determined that the release isn't ready to ship yet due to blocker bugs.
Due to these bugs plus the upcoming Easter holiday complicating matters, developers will have a Go/No-Go meeting next Wednesday, 23 March, to see if F24 Alpha is in a release-able shape yet.
Fedora 24 was originally supposed to ship in mid-May and most recently was pegged with a 7 June release date while now it's not clear when the new version will be ready. Today's F24 delay announcement was posted to the Fedora devel list. At least when Fedora 24 does ship, it's looking like it will be another quality release while still packing in a ton of exciting new features.
