DragonFlyBSD 4.6 Rolls Out NVMe Support, Better SMP Performance
DragonFlyBSD 4.6 has been officially released as the latest version of this popular BSD operating system.
DragonFlyBSD 4.6 features significantly improved Intel DRM graphics support via the ported Linux kernel code, NVMe storage support, "significantly improved" SMP performance, expansion of supported packages, preliminary EFI support, and a wide range of other improvements and changes.
DragonFlyBSD 4.6 looks like a damn fine release and I can't wait to fire it up in the next few days for some benchmarking. More details on today's release via DragonFlyBSD.org. Stay tuned for benchmarks on Phoronix.
