Here's An Ubuntu Kernel For Trying Out AMDGPU/Radeon Changes Of Linux 4.7

For those wanting to try out the latest Radeon and AMDGPU DRM driver code that's being queued up for Linux 4.7, here's the Radeon DRM-Next code spun into a Debian/Ubuntu kernel package for easy testing.

Following Alex Deucher's secondary DRM-Next pull request this week, I pulled his drm-next-4.7 branch with the various Radeon/AMDGPU feature updates slated to go into Linux 4.7 later this month. His branch is currently based off Linux 4.6-rc7.

If you aren't familiar with all the big red team changes coming, read The AMDGPU Additions For Linux 4.7 Are Enormous. This kernel spin provides the first AMD Polaris support and more. This is one of the biggest AMDGPU/Radeon updates in a few cycles.

Aside from being pulled from this -next branch, I configured it similarly to the other Ubuntu kernels so should work out fine on most x86_64 systems. I've already hit some regressions in my Radeon/AMDGPU testing thus far and will be posting some updates and early performance figures shortly.
