More Open-Source Adreno 500 Series Support, A6xx Speedbin Sent In For Linux 5.12

As previously noted, there are some noteworthy Adreno improvements this cycle. The driver now has support for the Adreno 508 / 509 / 512 GPUs with the Adreno 508 being found in the Snapdragon 630, the 509 in the Snapdragon 636, and the 512 is in the Snapdragon 660.
The MSM updates for Linux 5.12 also include a Qualcomm "Speedbin" feature for the Adreno 600 series that allow for the graphics processors to hit higher maximum frequencies, which depend upon the platform but from the driver side require dealing with a special fuse value and for Linux 5.12 has at least been tested with the Adreno 618.
The MSM improvements plus fixes to other drivers, a TTM memory leak fix, DMA-BUF improved error handling, and other work were made it in with this Git merge on Thursday.
