For those with Qualcomm Adreno A3xx graphics hardware and looking forward to playing with the MSM+Freedreno open-source driver stack, it's one step easier tracking down the right components with the necessary binary-only firmware blobs now living within linux-firmware.git.

The few firmware binaries needed for Qualcomm Adreno A3xx graphics support, including by the mainline MSM DRM driver, have been added to the Linux-firmware.git tree alongside all of the other firmware/microcode blobs.

The A3xx firmware blobs come in at just 10.37kb, which isn't bad compared to the size of modern desktop GPU firmware files.
