Pipeline Statistic Queries Land In Mesa ANV
Pipeline statistics queries allow applications to query a set of Vulkan pipeline counters and is further explained via the the Vulkan documentation. This pipelineStatisticsQuery for ANV was done by Jason Ekstrand and Ilia Mirkin.
This support for pipeline statistics query landed last night across several commits. This crosses another item off their TODO list and one less Vulkan device feature that needs to be implemented by ANV. The ANV TODO list is now getting quite slim aside from performance-related optimizations.
