i have 2 systems with different nvidias here and on all of them clutter vblank (vsync) decrease performance....

and this is exactly what gives me delays while moving windows on desktop for example. its btw enabled by default, atleast the vblank....

i even have tearing with a single gpu and there is no real way to fix it.

this is a joke, right? did you ever tried gnome with the nvidia driver? the vsync gnome comes with causes huge delays (moving windows over the screen)...
