fat32. Works everywhere. ext2 if you don't use windows. Dont go putting an indexed filesystem on a usb stick....

@horde - thats pretty much my point. Bear in mind often these cards only come with VGA/DVI, there's nothing to say that the HDMI and DVI isnt the same...
