The android devs have irritatingly not supported svg in the browser (at least up to and including gingerbread) to save some absurdly small amount of ram....

Most firms however will audit the code provided by microsoft and audit a decompiled version using HexRays Decompiler...

Lots of folks use the --enable-gst (gstreamer) backend and then install gstreamer-ffmpeg.
