I've been out of the fglrx game for a while (open source drivers were pretty good!) but I reinstalled Ubuntu 10.10 and wanted to try out the new driver....

Compiz Blur still re-broken. Broke in 9.12. Worked in 9.11...

Does the driver control the fan on linux? Under windows games will cause the fan to spin up, but games under linux I get nothing. I mean I am only playing...

Running awesome on my system76 darter1. Has an older intel graphics chip in it but the new driver is nice. Very smooth animations in compiz and video...
