    Siemens makes motherboards?

I thought they sold their stake in Fujitsu-Siemens to Fujitsu and exited computer business?

These mainboards will probably be part of some industrial product and not be sold individually (except as replacement part for service technicians). For example some of their PLCs it look like they are running with Linux. Siemens indeed does not produce PCs for end users any more (they sold all their end user branches).

These Siemens mainboards might also be used in radiologic imaging devices too as Siemens does make digital xray imaging machines for hospitals.
