I hope one day the Wine team does enough work to make stuff like Frosty's Mod Manager work.
Atm its one of the few remaining hold out mod managers whom the dev has refused to work on a Linux version or help get it to work.

Unfortunately its WIDELY used by the community so just saying nope to it isn't possible (other games have multiple ways to install mods, not frosty ones!)
