Does this work on AMD CPUs?
Does this work on AMD GPUs?

Can oneAPI be implemented as a Gallium3D state tracker?
    Could Zink implement oneAPI support?

This thing does not sound very useful if it only work on Intel CPUs and Intel Xe GPUs.

That's unfortunately only the high-level interface and not the runtime parts discussed here. I haven't seen or heard anything about supporting other vendors on the runtime level, so if anybody has please do tell.
