Enhanced CUDA compatibility across minor releases of CUDA will enable CUDA applications to be compatible with all versions of a particular CUDA major release.
This is great. The incompatibility b/w CUDA minor releases destroyed lots of containerization effort made by nvidia-docker.

P.S. Anyone gets the concrete idea about how NVIDIA defines "minor release" between the lines? There seems no clear definition in the release nodes.
