    It's fine as long as the compatibility stuff is left on, nearly everything breaks if its disabled - that goes for OpenSSL 1.1.0 too

      Who in his right mind still trusts in OpenSSL ???

      some quotes:

      Most people in the world probably never even heard about OpenSSL until the Heartbleed bug was splashed across the front page of the world’s newspapers in 2014.
      But something the layman will understand is since their first release in 2014 researchers have found 22 “high risk” security issues with LibreSSL and 43 with OpenSSL.
